Be part of a unique interactive workshop taught by Software Engineering Instructor, Timmy Chen, introducing app programming for people without any coding experience. Learn basic programming concepts such as variables, commands, conditions, loops, code blocks/ functions, and events etc. by actually designing your own interactive game in the block programming environment called Scratch. Completion of this valuable workshop will give you the tools to apply programming principles and foundations to any programming language you want to learn in the future. 

NYS Certified teachers will receive a certificate for 6 PD hours.

A pizza lunch will be served.

Registration fee: $30. RSVP deadline is February 14.
